Do I need an appointment?
When it comes to estate pieces, it takes our experts some time to examine your pieces (especially if you have a lot to go through) to give you a fair price. That is why we ask that you make an appointment because it ensures that we have an estate buyer ready for you when you walk through the door.
Do you buy gold bars and coins?
Yes we do! We buy precious metal bars and coins. Buying price varies on current metal market.
Do you buy watches?
Yes we do! Depending on the condition, maker, and a variety of other factors, we may offer to purchase your watch. Schedule an appointment with us to sell.
Do you buy costume jewelry?
Unfortunately we do not. We only purchase precious metals and stones, however, if you are unable to decipher what is precious and costume jewelry, no worries, let's schedule an appointment to find out!
Do you buy broken or mismatched jewelry?
Yes we do! We don't discriminate on what your jewelry looks like. As long as it is a precious metal or stone, we will give you our best offer.
What do you pay per oz of gold and silver?
The precious metal market is constantly changing. Thus, we do not have a set price that we pay per oz of gold and silver. To learn what we would offer you, please schedule an appointment.
Do you buy diamonds and gemstones?
Yes we do! Depending on the four C's (color, clarity, carat, cut) we will give you our best offer.
Can my jewelry be repaired?
Believe it or not, most jewelry is repairable, even if it seems like it can't be. Please stop by our store and one of our staff members can help you with your repair.
Do you replace watch batteries?
Yes, we do! Pricing varies by watch type. Please stop in so one of our consultants can evaluate the battery needed for pricing and repair. Possible same day service, but repair time can very.
Do you resize rings?
Yes, we do! Pricing varies on precious metal, stones, and sizing amount. Please stop by for a cost and time estimate from one of our design consultants.
Can we mail our piece to be repaired?
Absolutely! Please call or text the store to help coordinate those details for you.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes we do! One of our staff members will be ready to help you when you come in, or, if you prefer to schedule an appointment we can do that as well.
Why must you look at my piece in store before giving a repair estimate?
In order to get an accurate idea of what needs to be repaired on your piece it must be looked at by one of our consultants under a microscope. That is why bringing in your piece is best for repairs.
Can you convert my family heirloom into a new piece?
Yes we do! Schedule an appointment with us to make your vision come to life.
How much is it going to cost?
Pricing varies based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the types of precious metals and stones used, as well as the labor associated with its creation. Once we have taken proper measurements during our appointment, we will provide you with a 3D rendering and a price estimate during a follow-up appointment.
Can you set my diamonds or other stones into a new setting?
Yes we can! We will get all the proper measurements of the stones and what your vision is for your new ring during our appointment.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
We always recommend looking at photos on Pinterest or on Google and coming prepared with some pictures of elements of rings that you like. Having an idea of what you like is always helpful, however, if you do not have a vision of what you like, no worries! We will be able to help you during our appointment.
Do you offer FREE checks and cleaning?
There is nothing better than F-R-E-E! That is why we always provide complimentary checks and cleaning to make sure your stones are always snug and sparkling. It doesn't even have to be an Andrew Z ring so stop by today!
Do you offer jewelry insurance appraisals?
Yes, we do! We have appraisal clinics once a month. Please call or text our store number to schedule an appraisal appointment to get your pieces insured. In person evaluations are necessary to determine the pricing of your appraisal.
