Step 1: Design
In your appointment, we will discuss your vision and talk about different ideas for your new piece. We will create different designs and flesh out ideas.
Step 2: Talk
We will sit down together to discuss pricing and look a the 3D rendering of your jewelry. If you love it, we will create it for you as simple as that. If you don't, no worries, we will go back to the drawing board.
Step 3: Deliver
We pride ourselves in delivering products and service that exceeds expectations. During this step, you just sit back and relax while we create your custom piece. When it is ready you will receive a call and text message to notify you that your jewelry is ready for pickup.

What is a trade-in trade-up?
Trade-in refers to exchanging an old piece of jewelry or time-piece for a new one. The value of the trade in will depend on factors such as the quality of the metals and stones as well as it's current market value.
Trade-up refers to upgrading your old jewelry by trading-in your old piece for a higher quality piece.

Can you convert my family heirloom into a new piece?
Yes we do! Schedule an appointment with us to make your vision come to life.
How much is it going to cost?
Pricing varies on multiple factors including, but not limited to, the precious metals and stones used and labor associated with it's creation. Once we take proper measurements in our appointment, we will get back to you with a 3D rendering and a price estimate in a follow up appointment.
Can you set my diamonds into a new setting?
Yes we can! We will get all the proper measurements of the stones and what your vision is for your new ring during our appointment.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
We always recommend looking at photos on Pinterest or on Google and coming prepared with some pictures of elements of rings that you like. Having an idea of what you like is always helpful, however, if you do not have a vision of what you like, no worries! We will be able to help you during our appointment.
